Some services and products may require payment. All fees are clearly stated prior to purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise noted. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

7. Prohibited Conduct

A). By opting-in to receiving SMS messages from Universal Producers Group LLC, you may receive messages containing invitations to attend webinars or other promotional seminars.

B). You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the short code. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following the confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

C). If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or reach out to us directly to [email protected].

D). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
